### Requisito Mínimo no Upgrade Tier

Informamos que o sistema de **Upgrade Tier** passou por uma alteração estrutural.

A partir desta atualização, o requisito mínimo para realizar evolução passa a ser **+9**, independentemente da categoria do item.

#### Importante

* Não se trata de evento.
* Não é uma condição temporária.
* A mudança é **permanente** e faz parte do novo direcionamento do sistema.

#### Objetivo da Alteração

Ajustar o ritmo de progressão, aumentar a relevância estratégica dos upgrades e fortalecer a valorização dos equipamentos em estágios mais avançados.

Recomendamos que todos os jogadores planejem suas evoluções considerando o novo requisito.
